Banning guns will never work, just like the War on Drugs won't.  Both ventures are destined to fail, and only feed a festering black market, while at the same time disarming the law-abiding and preventing them from using the most effective means of self-defense.

Look how China dealt with opium:  Kill all users and sellers.  No one wants to get near that shit now.  Do that with coke and LSD and such, done.  Problem solved.
