Banning guns will never work, just like the War on Drugs won't.  Both ventures are destined to fail, and only feed a festering black market, while at the same time disarming the law-abiding and preventing them from using the most effective means of self-defense.

lets assume that i have no creativity and i follow everything by the book. i would first report you to the law because you threatened my life. then i would report you to your teacher because you cannot spell Americans. it is 200 years old but it is still valid. now when you learn to spell and come up with a constitution that is fair, reliable, credible. you must also rewrite every law to be square with your constitution. then and only then should you open your mouth and presume to tell me that  am any less educated or credible than yourself.
