A new political era for the US?

Stumbled upon this and was just wondering - what do ya'll think about it?  I find his "repeal two laws for every one law passed" policy to be absurd and impossible to sustain, but what are the ramifications of repealling the 16th amendment?  Would people votte/write for this guy?

"fair" tax is a bunch of horseshit that the far right pushes so that corporations won't have to pay any taxes and to shift the bulk of the tax burden to the middle class. People that support this shit should be hung as traitors.

All the rich people will just buy stuff from outside the USA and not have to pay tax on it because "they are using it for business purposes."
