A Federal court strikes down D.C. gun-control laws claiming they violate the 2nd amendment! Judicial appointees by former Republican president Ronald Reagan and current president George Bush tip the scales, siding with second amendment activists.

Democratic Mayor Adrian M. Fenty expresses outrage, claiming the District's gun-control laws have been working well to control violence in the city.  Fenty(D) has stated he will appeal the ruling.

Hahaha.  Yeah, it sure has done a great job of reducing violence and crime.

The only way to control violence in D.C. is to round up all the niggers and send them back to Africa.

Look at Rwanda.  Look at Darfur.  Niggers are violent savages regardless of whether they have guns or not.

Actually it would be to purge the liberals from DC who are corrupting the reasonning processes in great black minds. Dare I say this, there are people who act like the nazis thought the jews acted like, except they are in every race and large group and not 1 entire group. Liberals are brim full of such people.

Yet another case of hate crime deterred thx to guns.

And yeah, good thing we had two good conservative justices on that court:

Even if the case gets appealed, I would expect the Supreme Court to rule in a similar manner, especially now that we have two new Bush appointees on the Supreme Court.  A good day for Second Amendment advocates in Washington D.c.

Bring back and legalize slavery. It's OK to do it because others are doing it too. Just like torture.

The more controlled guns in a town the less the crime. Proven.

New york has guns. New york has bad crime.
Everywhere has guns. Not everywhere has bad crime.

The variable gun doesn't seem to match bad crime.

Its good that the media is unleashing a shitstorm over this case.  Also, I should point out, as you'll read in one of these articles, Washington D.C.'s crime rate was falling UNTIL they introduced their gun ban - at which point it *stopped* falling, and has *subsequently risen* to where it is now.  That D.C. official is a fucking idiot.

Don't change these.
