Do you think the government should have the power to censor 'offensive' speech?
I don't really care either way. The FCC is stupid, but I don't care if people can say 'fuck' on TV or not.
Do you think the government's powers to conduct general surveillance of the population should be increased, should stay the same, or be decreased?
Decreased, without probable cause, warrant etc. they should have no power here.

Decreased. All drugs should be legalized without exception. Taxation and harsh punishment for DUIs is fine, however.
Should there be laws regulating how people are permitted to dress while in public places?
No, but I don't see indecent exposure laws as any real threat to liberty.

Do you think the government should have the power to censor 'offensive' speech?
Maybe, only in order to prevent harassment. The trouble is though that politicians may abuse harassment law to evade criticism.
Do you think the government's powers to conduct general surveillance of the population should be increased, should stay the same, or be decreased?
Stay the same. If I am in a public place I know people can see me, so what's wrong with a police officer seeing me? The problem is the accessibility of this information, it should be completely open.
Do you think general restrictions on gun ownership and the ability of individuals to keep and bear arms should be increased, decreased, or stay about the same?
Decreased. I detest the idea of the government pulling a person's only means of defense out of an innocent person's reluctant grasp only for them to be brutalised by the criminal who didn't comply with their ridiculous law.
Do you think everyone, including homosexuals, should have the freedom to get married or adopt children as long as they are responsible and loving people in a stable relationship?
Yes.
Should people be allowed the liberty to burn their privately owned american flags?
Yes.
Should restrictions on adult possession/use of drugs such as marijuana, alcohol, cigarettes, 'shrooms' or other 'soft' drugs be generally increased, decreased, or stay the same?
Decreased. Dutch drug policy has reduced crime considerably. If it's legal it can be regulated, if it's regulated you can drastically reduce adulteration and misuse of the drugs aswell as generate legitimate funds to research ways to make the drugs safer. You also increase competition against harder drugs.
Should there be laws regulating how people are permitted to dress while in public places?
Maybe. For health and safety reasons people in certain professions or situations should wear certain clothing. Of course people should not be permitted to carry suicide bombs around with them etc.. Otherwise nudism is fine.
Should there be laws regulating how people are permitted to dress while on their private property if it is within the vision of a public area?
No.
Are you for, against, or do you take no position on the War in Iraq?
Neutral. We should not do a Neville Chamberlain and suck tyrannic cocks. We should have waited for UN authorisation before invading Iraq.
Do you think government taxation and spending should be increased, decreased, or stay the same?
Decreased. The government is the largest waster of national resources, every day there is a scandal about some misuse of funds of gross inefficiency and every election there are 100s of new schemes promised by the parties which serve little purpose than to look good on paper but which take up an enormous amount of funding and achieve little.
Do you think government regulation of the economy in general should be increased, decreased, or stay the same?
Decreased. I mean decreased as in privatising currency decreased.
Do you prefer a system of governance in which you have a more powerful, more centralized form of government, or a system of government in which powers are decentralized and reserved mostly for local governments?
Decebtralized. Central government is necessary, but it would require a huge bloated bureaucracy to run a country of millions. Local governments should act as direct democracies and central government remains as a representative democracy that deals with issues that must involve the entire country.

Iraq - poorly worded question. I think we need to be there now that we've started it, but I feel (and felt when it started) that the rationale was bullshit. So I guess----neutral.

"Libertarianism" is a gigantic ideology with different sects that disagree on most everything. For example, this whole board is basically a debate between Left-Libertarians and Right-Libertarians (with a few racists thrown in for lulz), the is almost no debate in personal freedom threads like prostitution and drug legalization, but the economy is never in consensus. There probably is a sect of Libertarianism that is pro gun control/gun banning.
Personal Freedoms:
Do you think the government should have the power to censor 'offensive' speech? (Such as speech that certain groups of people would find irritating or 'obscene')
Maybe. "Offensive" speech is ill-defined (Somebody is always going to find something offensive), but I'd be fine with censoring speech aiming to incite violence.
Do you think the government's powers to conduct general surveillance of the population should be increased, should stay the same, or be decreased?

Stay the Same. Some government regulation is necessary to prevent unhealthy situations.
