Child rape, whoring of underage prostitutes, drug abuse, violence, domestic violence and bullying, hatred of education and persecution of succesful blacks is on the increase in the black community. It is totally fucked up and getting worse, your community is a disease, even worse than the poorest illegal immigrant communities who earn substantially less than you and get no welfare or handouts. There's no statistic to actually back up the fact the listed crimes are actually on the increase, in fact I'm not sure but isn't crime actually on the decrease in your fucked-up country? Of course you couldn't tell as media-coverage of it has skyrocketed due to sensationalism.
Also draconian law-enforcement measures have never solved crimes, look at the 'War on Drugs' for example. Australia's crime rate has been falling consistently due to economic prosperity.
