Women DO have a choice

DONT HAVE SEX. It aint even about saving some little growth of tissue massing inside some chick. It's chicks who think they're entitled to fuck every dude they see on the street and not have to worry about what happens.

They should've never invented shit like birth control or condoms, it fucking teaches people that they don't have to take responsibility for the consequences of their actions.

There are consequences even if the looter doesn't get caught.  Stuff is then missing.  Therefore, we should TRY to prevent it.

If I as a female have sex with someone, and can't get pregnant, then there are no consequences (other than hopefully a great orgasm) and no need to hold back.  We shouldn't try to prevent that.
