Why Is CP Illegal?

Until the late 70's you could buy CP over the counter in California, and probably other places. WTF happened? If it was OK then, why is it not OK now?

Of course, history has proven that the greatest way to control people is to control the masses' sexuality first.

Now we should seriously consider the opposite exclusivly in a positive situation. The acceptance of pedophilia. Pedophilia wouldn't be exterminated and sexuality is not 100% genetic, so why waste our time and energy to get rid of the impossible?
