Everyone is talking about how support for the War in Iraq is shifting. Now that being anti-war is getting more popular, I bet the dems will start to be more critical of the war.

I didn't lambast the dems for being critical of the war, I supported them. I grew disgusted with them when they pretty much just went along with it, which has been their general policy over the last few years.
Nevertheless, half the nation and whatever party they supported DIDN'T. I don't understand why you're bitching about their general policy now out of all times. Just support getting out of Iraq. Pointing out any bandwagon jumping isn't going to do the anti-war cause any good. If you're so pissed, vote Lib.

Ted Kennedy wanted a bill to stop funding for the surge, but the democrats didn't want to seem like they didn't support the troops, so their pussying out and taking a vote which is about as effective as clearing your throat impatiently.
