Old Lady Defends Herself

Name: Anonymous 2007-01-03 21:17

I recently heard this story in the news of an old lady who used a shotgun to attempt to defend herself when her home was broken into forcibly.  The old lady was in her 90's.

Guess what? It was the police.  Police had obtained a legal 'no-knock' warrant, and broke down the door without warning.  The old lady then opened fire with her gun, wounding three of the intruders before being murdered herself.

The 'no-knock' search warrant was issued because it was suspected there was drug activity in the house.

What do you newpol folks have to say about 'no-knock' search warrants, the drug war, and or this story in general?

lol wow, i can imagine the civil libertarians going nuts over this one.  I can already imagine their whining...

"wahhh what about our rights?!!"

All I've got to say is, what about the rights of the police? What about the rights of the government? The government is seriously out there doing things like this to keep us safe, idk what your problem is.

You know, this is the problem with america.  Too many faggots don't support the efforts of our law enforcement.  Maybe if america was more like other countries in the world and cooperated with law enforcement instead of shooting them like the gun-nut fucks they are, we would have a lower murder rate.

This is just like 9/11 and the whole anti-patriot act anti-torture shinanegans.  We were attacked on 9/11, and as expected, when the government enacts reasonable legislation to protect the country from terror, the nuttoes in the ACLU and the libertarian party go berserk.

You know, what if we didn't have the patriot act? How many more people would have died from terror attacks? How can you moldy hunks of dick cheese manage to live with yourselves, bitching about shit like this while these police put their lives on the line to protect you?
