When will these fuckers admit that 'the people' in the 2nd amendment are the same 'people' in the rest of the fucking amendments? I thought just about everyone with any amount of common sense knew that when the founders wrote the bill of rights, they intended for the common man to retain the right to keep and bear arms.

Thanks to the fact that we have more conservative justices on the supreme court, that should be settled sometime in the near future.  Unfortunately, conservatives aren't as good as libertarians, so they will likely be willing to allow damage to other amendments, such as the 4th.
