Triad Presidency

Instead of electing a single president, what if we elected a group of three presidents?  They would have all the same powers as the current office, but they must all agree on the action they take.

Good idea or bad idea?

I think it may be a good idea, it may make another system of checks and balances. So if one President fscks up the other two may throw him/her out of the window and set things straight for their constituents.
