Of course, prostitution and pornography must be made completely illegal as soon as possible - this will mold public opinion and society to realize that women are not mere chunks of meat to be bought and sold, or viewed as sex objects. However, it would also help, possibly, to legalize torture for some crimes against women. This would help deter violence against women.
