This is pure rediculousness. There are actual issues here. All this Israel/Palestine bullshit would be over if we just sent infrastructure rebuilding aid to the region. The problem is that death and bombs are more cost effective and the ultimate problem there lies in the fact that you're not going to kill bunch of people's relatives and friends over and over and over and over again and somehow expect these people or ANY people to submit.
It seems to me that Israel and the West are trying to destabilize the region, not promote peace. If they really gave a shit, they would give the arabs so much aid that they would eventually take it on good faith. The idea that Muslims are irrational or whatever is steeped in racism and are the words of religious zealots (and their unwitting followers) who want to see other religions weak on the world stage or wiped out completely.

The scientific argument is entirely fucking moot. Arabs and Islam gave us alot of science as well (Like fucking Algebra), but we're not giving them license to do whatever they want. Nazis gave us useful sience, but no one is saying "KILLING JEWS, IT'S ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLRRRRRIIIGHHHHHTTTT". In history it really don't matter what you've "contributed to mankind", which is an ENTIRELY subject matter (History decides what's useful in the end), what matters is ethics and honor. If you can't show that your people were capable of at the very least criticsizing and restraining itself in the name of these principles- then you ain't worth shit.
