If the world became smart overnight

90% of it's population would realize how useless they are, and how, their not being there, would benefit the condition of the world, and kill themselves.

Then the remaining inhabitants would agree to breed once each life-time, every 40 years.

Like someone said earlier, eugenics doesn't have to involve forced sterilization and killing retards. It could even allow the less intelligent to breed, just re-educating them so they can be smarter themselves and so they can take better care of their children.

And don't give me shit about certain races being less intelligent- although there MIGHT be some ethnic groups that really are less intelligent, like australian aborigines and bushmen, but really, look at how far europe has come. A european from the dark ages compared to a european of today would have an IQ on the same level as your average sub-saharan african.
