If the world became smart overnight

90% of it's population would realize how useless they are, and how, their not being there, would benefit the condition of the world, and kill themselves.

Then the remaining inhabitants would agree to breed once each life-time, every 40 years.

Anyway eugenic is dangerous because the one in charge is not always the smartest, nor their decision always correct.  Nature show diversity is better so I think we human should leave our gene alone....at least until we can get along with each other without blowing up shit over some fake gods that don't do jack shit when you die from a horrible plane crash.
