Should the government be able to regulate speech on the television, radio, or newspapers?
Many people seem to think so. (Such as the decency acts or whatever... that put fines on certain speech on television companies who put explicit content on the radio or t.v.
Along a related line, should the government be able to regulate the content of video games? Many people, including my own mother advocate this.
She cites various studies showing that violent video games increase the chance that the individual who has played them will become violent and commit violent crimes later in life.
On the other hand... we have the Constitution and Bill of Rights, of course.
