IS CHINA'S GOVERNMENT MEAN?

a lot of countries have their own problems with their governments, but damn, the chinese in particular seem to be pretty heavyhanded in their treatment of their citizens. is this just an exaggeration perpetuated by the media or are they really proper mean?

Same goes with communism. Both are pretty much equally bad idelogies. Note that greatest killers in whole human history are Mao and Stalin. Hitler's genocide is pretty tame compared to what they did.
