IS CHINA'S GOVERNMENT MEAN?

a lot of countries have their own problems with their governments, but damn, the chinese in particular seem to be pretty heavyhanded in their treatment of their citizens. is this just an exaggeration perpetuated by the media or are they really proper mean?

True. Kind of impossible to compare them. Under communism you're slave to goverment and under fascism well you're still slave to goverment.
