Supposidly, congress is going to start hearings against their own parties president, due to the sneaky way he went behind their backs, while visiting Fox and the canadian leader a month or so ago.
Just another step in building the North America Union, NAU. Just like the European union, where the use of the same currency, same pay, no borders, everyone gets paid the same, etc..
Americas move into a socialistic economy, a combination of leaders ( one leader for the whole north america - Mexico, Canada, America), loss of america's soveriengty, etc..

Lets be reasonable people, we don't want some kind of "World Government" in which the U.S. is just a state. Nor do we want to subordinate the United States to the whims of other nations.
Oppose the U.N.
Tell them to take their gun ban and shove it, this is the United States of America bitches.
Go on, fight the future. You'll just get dragged kicking and screaming into it. World government is the future. I don't how far, 50 years, 100 years, 200 years, who knows? But one Earth government is the natural progression of everything we have built.

There's no reason it needs to happen if people oppose it with enough vigor. There are plenty of people against world government in the United States... there are plenty who are in favor of stronger borders and border control. As long as they vote like they mean it, it isn't guaranteed to happen.
