Don't forget all the unconstitutional gun-control Clinton enacted. There's a mountain of it, and it's very likely it will never get entirely repealed again. Clinton's harm to the constitution will very likely be permanent.
Of course, Clinton didn't ONLY harm the 2nd Amendment, he did a lot more, but that is probly the largest of the evils.
