Why does America pride themselves on their justice system taking everyone to be innocent until proven guilty, while it contradicts itself by assuming everyone in gitmo is guilty until proven innocent.

When they drew up the plans for the US justice system, they didn't have in mind that there would one day be thousands of bearded men chanting quran verses and invading us, raping our white women and blow up cafes.

I am from europe and I say the US isn't evil. Every open and free society knows that the US was vital in history for preserving democracy and in particulary ending communism. I think people hate america because they are affiliated with some tyrannical regime somewhere. Liberals always seem to lose a lot of logical ability when it comes to coming up with solutions to problems as it always seems to revolve around socialism. Anyone who's read the communist manifesto can see it's pretty obvious what they are trying to do.

The civil rights movement was started by libertarians, most of the work was already done before liberals took the credit. Believe it or not there are still places which were more discriminatory than the southern US ever was, today. Usually the same places that liberals for some reason think are innocent victims of US imperialism. Liberals have exacerbated racism by encouraging racial quotas, "black pride" and "asian pride" and screaming racist and demonising any person who points out the hypocrasy of this. Libertarians have for decades been the pinnacle of universal suffrage and as a result sexism is astronomically lower than racism.

Capitalists believe that the govenrment should intervene in the economy in order to preserve justice. Capitalists don't believe that monopolies should form which screw over the little man and thus believe that in order to preserve justice the government should influence segments of the economy which implement justice or may turn into a monopoly. This system is responsible for most of the good that has been done by welfare and social security programs, none of it can be attributed to socialism.

This sort of hypocrasy isn't due to stupidity and I don't care if I sound like mccarthy, but it wouldn't be too far fetched to assume that there are a bunch of crazy marxists behind all this.

If no one else wants to stand up for the safety of the world, then I guess the US has to do the dirty work.
