Annoying dumb people who harbour opinions.

Every so often a person at random comes along and says something which reveals their political orientation.

They say something about spirituality and you instantly know they are some hindu hippy faggot, or they say something about nietzshsczhcshczhe or morality and you know they are aetheist or christian respectively and you have to pretend they know more than you and that you will consider what they've said otherwise you have to continue talking to them.

Or you get some racist who says something about the features of a black person using pc language or some liberal who pauses and then says something which doesn't make any sense out of the blue like "SOCIAL CULTURAL DIVERSITY STRENGTH IS MULTI-TOLERANT PRIDE" or "ENGLAND HAS ALWAYS BEEN BLACK" in casual conversation causing a sudden wind of racism paranoia to sweep through and from then on everyone is paranoid about who is a racist and who thinks who is a racist.

Then there are people who think capitalism is the solution to everything and get pissy when a conversation very mildly touches on the need for something to be run by the government. Likewise you get the opposite and you have to hear some annoying communist yammer on about how some random company who clubs out the brains of children on some tropical island or hilltop village somewhere for $$$s or whatever.

Bitch about intellectual inferiors who rise above their station in this thread.

People who want to force their beliefs on others are assholes yes, but to some extent we all want to spread our beliefs so this isn't really a problem unless done in pathological excesses. What I find annoying is an otherwise normal person who suddenly harbours some dumbass belief and they are all part of the same group who's reasonning skills suddenly jump back to the mid paleolithic concerning a certain subject or issue.

Usually people are apathetic towards everything and if they care about something they look into it and find the correct rational answers or outlook. Rational people tend to converge towards a moderate scientific diplomatic sort of belief system, nothing in particular, you can be a muslim or a liberal or whatever just so long as you are not an extremist. However these people care about a certain issue, but instead of being reasonable, they join up to a little group with some agenda and they lap up all the dogma that goes with it instead of just being logical like normal. They may not seem to be unreasonable at first since the issue doesn't dominate their lives, but as you get to know them eventually they spurt out a little dogma in their conversation which you have heard everyone in this group use before.

I guess I am part of a moderate->extremist duality group thingy maybe, but since moderates generally agree with each other and extremists are divided into lots of opposing groups I guess the moderates group is special.
