If genetically engineering humans became accepted and practical there no limit to what could be accomplished.  Virtually all diseases could be cured, and birth defects like homosexuality and blackness could be gotten rid of as well.

A significant portion of asian men have penises larger than the average black man which dilutes the myth.

Also, you don't mean genetic engineering, you mean gene therapy. Genetic engineering affects the gene itself, gene therapy implants a gene into cells so they start producing a protein on their own.
