If genetically engineering humans became accepted and practical there no limit to what could be accomplished.  Virtually all diseases could be cured, and birth defects like homosexuality and blackness could be gotten rid of as well.

The mind is very malleable, but this is only because it has to be. A male natural heterosexual who has been trained to be attracted to men (bisexual) would gain more pleasure from heterosexuality than relationships with men.
