when the nepalese got sick of not having their democracy, they took to the streets. 14 lives were lost (couldn't be fucked googling for accuracy) but the king backed down.
when a corrupt politician was voted in as pm in the solomons, the citizens rioted. australian troops were called in, but the pm backed down (possibly due to behind-the-scenes australian pressure).
when the americans had an election decided by a stacked court, they protested on the 'winner's' inauguration and then forgot about it.
when they had their next election tampered with and stolen, they did nothing at all.
and yet they want to export democracy.
please explain?
