Blacks & Mexicans

So if minorities are dragging whitey down, then what should minorities be doing instead to benefit society?  What jobs should they be doing, what can they do to make living conditions better, what can they do to lower crime, increase education, and provide more to the whole economy than they are now?

Every race commits heinous crimes, but we seem to be the only ones doing anything about it, what with the banning slavery, creating democracies and fighting white supremacists.
