Blacks & Mexicans

So if minorities are dragging whitey down, then what should minorities be doing instead to benefit society?  What jobs should they be doing, what can they do to make living conditions better, what can they do to lower crime, increase education, and provide more to the whole economy than they are now? 

why do settled euro-parasites eat young children, butt fk and then canibalize young boys (in Milwaukee, Russia), and commit the most henious, animalistic crimes in the universe, THEN GET SUPPORTED BY THEIR PEOPLE?
