Sim City / Civ

All problems in modern society can be solved by playing Sim City or Civilization.  I propose that "live" versions of these games be made for leaders who have the budget to implement goals rapidly with the press of a button.  The results would be delayed of course, making it more online/turn based.  Rather than letting a country stagnate and wallow in nothingess,  overall it would be a great management system that would document costs and efficiency of spending/implementation.

As long as no one gets carried away with the bulldozer.
