It's called affirmative action. Minorities are no less intelligent than white people, therefore they must be accomodated to prove they are on the same level.

Some ethnic minorities do better than whites and many so called racists acknowledge these facts. There are environmental facotrs, but there are also genetic factors and many of these directly environmental factors are strongly related to genetic factors. Strongly religious families always do better than families with loose morals as their parents stay together and pay more attention to their children.
Religious families don't get married and have children to cash in a welfare check each week. All of the blacks I met in university and college who were not doing some cheap course in african american studies were conservatives, this one guy who I did chemistry with for 2 years turned me from a "WHITE PRIDE" racist to a conservative. Something a liberal black would never have done.
