Is there still time for the US?

Is there still time to arrest and prosecute those responsible for an illegal war and fix what has happened so far? Can the US still try to correct what it has done and become the first ever good superpower?

Or is that an idealist's dream, do politics never change and will the charade continue forever?

But leaving even that gross criminality aside, following UN laws worked wel lfor 800,000 Tutsies in Rwanda, its working real well for Christians in the Sudan, worked real well for the Kurds in Iraq and the other people put through Sadams torture factories, working real well in N. Korea and Iran.
