What if it is True?

What if it IS true that black people are actually inferior?  What if all the scientists of the western world proved to within 80 decimal places that negroids were basically incapable of forming an organized, lasting society on their own, let alone live in the modern world without causing too many problems.  What should we do?

It doesn't have to be absolute, it just needs to have an influence. Do you know what a normal distribution is, and how two distributions can differ?
