Hypothetical: No black people existed in Africa. White Europeans colonize all of Africa. Slavery does not exist except for indentured servitude among whites, and is abolished in 100 years. With white people living and running all of Africa, how have Europeans fared to the present day using the available resources of the continent with and without trade with outsiders?
