The humanity

If you could eliminate 90% of all war, disease, starvation, pollution, and other problems, and allowed human population to increase unhindered until the world was over 10-12 billion people, would you?  Would it be worth it, knowing that there is potential for even greater loss of life from mass starvation, disease, lack of resources, or war on a much larger scale?

White people will believe anything negative about a black person, ESPECIALLY if a black person says it. They will however, have a harder time believing in positives. (Unless, it's "HIV positive", amirite?)
