Speeding tickets in Canada - any hope?...

Anyone gone to court and beat this? (I'm in Canada btw)
What are the chances? I never admitted fault to the officer and the ticket was given to me in a construction zone...

What happens when your wife is pregnant and you have to rush to the hospital?  Or a terrorist/distaster hits nearby and you have to escape?
