can you ever answer the question? BTW I am not
>>39 and am not really sure WTF he's talking about...but anyway
So you give me links for road geometries, which as I pointed out current road design takes into account much higher speeds than we are allowed to go at, so now where is your safety argument? The road was already designed to be safe at higher speeds? So if the government wasn't so concerned about their pocket books why not increase the speeds? even on those roads only if safety is a concern? You know why because the insurance loby and the police loby won't let them.
No conspiracy here, just facts I posted links before how speeding is mega bucks for the government.
Also you never responded to my earlier point if as you say safety is the overiding factor in speed limits why is there no consensus on speed limits globaly?? Why is it safe on certain stretches of the autobahn to have no limit at all and why is 75 mph (120kph) safe in Montana when we are restricted to 100 Kph over here?
So you going to answer or just dodge and call me an oh noes conspiracy theory guy?
