Speeding tickets in Canada - any hope?...

Anyone gone to court and beat this? (I'm in Canada btw)
What are the chances? I never admitted fault to the officer and the ticket was given to me in a construction zone...

Just make sure the ticket is valid - any details that are incorrect/inconsistent information.  You could be off the hook on a technicality if the ticket is not valid; so a date, a time, description, anything. 

It might also be possible to argue that you needed to be driving  that speed in order to avoid harm, or something.  Can you give any more details about the scenario? or where you just straight out speeding on a completely straight road, lol
