Speeding tickets in Canada - any hope?...

Anyone gone to court and beat this? (I'm in Canada btw)
What are the chances? I never admitted fault to the officer and the ticket was given to me in a construction zone...

it'll never take off, everyone knows as posted above that speed limits only exist to make money for the gubernment, so basicly this system would put an instant stop to that cashcow, if you can't speed how are they going to ticket you!!
