Is business ethics an oxymoron?

Is "business ethics" an oxymoron? Do the dictates of capitalism curtail the positive effects of individual ethical behavior? Discuss.

Well, it is possible to survive in business, and do well if you're moral and fair.  Only problem is that you have to rely on other's to be moral and fair as well.
