Is business ethics an oxymoron?

Is "business ethics" an oxymoron? Do the dictates of capitalism curtail the positive effects of individual ethical behavior? Discuss.

I'm at the startup stage, where I NEED to sell illegal goods to fund a legitimate, ethical, long lasting business.  This is what bothers me.
