Plame leak

Novak is now claiming that Bush 'must' know the identity of the person who leaked Plame's name.  To that effect, he has instructed the media to 'not ask me, not ask woodward, but ask Bush.  I'd be astonished if he didn't know who it was.' (in so many words)

Pre-emptive strike against conservative nay-sayers:  the legality of leaking Plame's name has no bearing on the significance of this issue.  Bush SAID that whoever leaked would no longer have a place in his administration.

Meanwhile, Novak keeps his own trap shut.

Seriously though, "Plamegate" is a shitstorm over nothing, simply the latest mediocre story that the media for whatever reason has latched on to. I couldn't care less about what "the facts" are, if it's even possible to find them, since everyone involved seems to have a different version of events.
