Nude pictures of children legal in US law

Well, being the pedo that I am, I was recently reading up on the technicalities of child pornography laws, and it seems that nude photographs are perfectly legal.  As long as the child is not taking part in "sexually explicit conduct," and the camera is not blatantly focusing on the genitals, the picture is A-OK.

As for the definition of "sexually explicit conduct," as according to US law:
-sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex;
-bestiality;
-masturbation;
-sadistic or masochistic abuse; or
-lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person

Actually, I already suspected as much to a certain extent, but it became apparent that most people thought otherwise.  People always seemed quick to label any sort of underaged nudity as child porn, so it got me wondering.  I just thought I'd clear this up for everyone.  (I'm the one who wrote >>1, just to be perfectly clear.)
