there are so many petty criminals becoming more hardcore criminals because thier lives are made much more difficult by the government and society in general who regard them as criminals instead of normal citizens. this whole 'no rehabilating but punishing' system is just creating more criminals.

there are people who do not deserve to live in society but i think they should be executed or be kept in jail forever. But in case they are let out, at least they won't be bitter against society and if society accepts them, there is a chance of them fitting in.
