lol kids. The purpose of prison is punishment. No one becomes rehabilitized -by- the system in prison, they become afraid of the system and once released they will do all they can to not go back, whether it means killing dozens of people or leaving the country and resuming their crimes to make money. There are two types of criminals: one-time and lifetime.

If a prisoner does not rehabilitate themselves, they will never change, period. And the system does all it can to make sure they don't.
