Why do you need to form a government after exile? Why not just run and not give a fuck about what happens later?
It'll be so cool when we're in space, and won't need to worry about land or taking up a life on someone else's turf.
Revolution is a bad idea. IT's just an easy way to get a lot people killed to instate a government that will just become shit again in a few years.
