Because when blacks are in high positions in all three branches of federal government, it's an obvious indicator of the evil, racist society that we live in. So, let's destroy society and make the white people suffer, since they're obviously responsible for what was done before they were born by a small number of people. Also, disregard that if we want to play "sins of the father," blacks would be as guilty as everyone else; you do know that most slaves were sold into slavery by other blacks, right?
