I don't know man... IF it's a real campaign and not just a publicity deal I don't think it'll be that easy for him.
I live in Los Angeles and Schwarzenegger is like ANTI-popular. Celebrities in politics are falling from grace. Also, again, IF it's real he'd have to pick a party, an independent will NEVER win the presidency.  Even if he chooses a party, the party has to choose him back.  Won't happen. 

But I must say- I fucking love Chris Walken.  He's the shit (especially on Saturday Night Live).

Vote for Chris Walken, because America needs more Cowbell.
