America is at War.  A Legaly Declared State of War.  And in a time of War someone screwed the CIA out of the front company that Ms. Plame "worked for" and compromised multiple cases.  The CIA asked for a criminal investigation.

All fingers point to Carl Rove and Robert Novak.  In fact those two are pointing at each other.  It's strangely like /b/, but I digress.

My point is that Rove looks like a source but to borrow a line I remember well:  "What did the President know--and when did he know it?

The law is clearcut--and in time of War, severe.  You get to chose, hanging or the needle.  So, how high does this go and how hard do they have to come down on this?

The Plame case is dead. It was investigated at great length, time, and expense by Congress, and the only person they got was scooter libby. Regardless of your opinion, all the smart people in Congress realize it's a lost cause. just give up.
