Extreme religious ideologies are being used to cover political agendas.

This is tolernace being abused and exploited.

You're close to the truth.  They allowed 9-11 to happen just like FDR allowed Japan to strike first.  A tried and true method that pushed forward the timeline so far that they've not yet fully infitrated the world corporate leadership, which will ignite an internal power struggle.
