I'll just say I feel she's a right to die.

Wrong, three is a law that says that both parties have to be able to sign the divorce papers for them to be legal.  At the time, she was unable to sign them.  When he asked the courts to aloow for the divorce, they ruled no because they were unsure at the time the chances of her later commin to and then suddenly having everythign changed on her.
